All Shipping is $5 flat per order!
Please note that all custom embroidered items have a minimum turn around time of 10-14 business days. Some hand stitched or preorder items have a longer turn around time. Your items will not ship until all items in your order are ready.
If you would like to arrange for local pick up in Lexington SC, please select the Free Local Pickup Option when you check out. You will be notified and receive instructions for pickup once your item is ready.
If You select local pickup and you are not able to locally pickup your item, you will be sent a separate invoice for $10 to release your item for shipping. There will be no refunds or exchanges.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours. After 24 hours, all refund and exchange policies will be adhered to.
Generally, Custom embroidered items are not available for return or exchange. There are a few exceptions on a case by case basis as outlined in the FAQ tab of our page.
